INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL FORM

Data Protection

The personal data provided in the withdrawal form will be processed by SASCHA RENE ESCHBACH, NIF Y7762088Q, PD LALLACUNA 230, 46720 VILLALONGA (VALENCIA), for the purpose of processing the withdrawal request.

The legal bases for processing are compliance with legal obligations and the performance of the contract. The data will be retained for the legally prescribed period.

Data subjects may exercise their rights, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Complaints may be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Submitting this form constitutes a clear declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Use of the form is not mandatory. Alternatively, the customer may submit any other clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw, for example by email to info@collectorlighter.com.

Receipt of the withdrawal request will be acknowledged. The right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the contractual terms and applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal – Return of Products

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, either personally or through a third party authorized by the customer.

The customer must clearly inform the seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract. This may be done by email or by using the withdrawal form. Use of the form is not mandatory.

The products must be returned no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which the customer communicates the decision to withdraw.

The products should preferably be returned in their original condition, including accessories and packaging insofar as possible. The customer may be held liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

The refund will be made after the returned products have been received or the customer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first. The refund will include the standard delivery costs, insofar as legally required, and will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The customer’s statutory warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected.

In the event of defective or non-conforming products, the customer should contact info@collectorlighter.com. The return costs shall be borne by collectorlighter, insofar as required by law.
